Service Delivery Policy
Service Delivery Policy
Last Updated: 18 October 2026
MS Telecom provides security equipment and related services, including CCTV installation, networking setup, technical assistance, repair, and maintenance, where offered and agreed with the customer.
This policy explains how we arrange and deliver services purchased or booked through https://mstelecomsheohar.com/.
1. Scope of Services
Depending on the service offered and confirmed for an order, MS Telecom may provide:
- CCTV camera installation and setup.
- DVR/NVR configuration.
- Networking equipment installation and configuration.
- Cabling and related accessories installation.
- Technical troubleshooting and repair.
- Maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services, where offered.
- Other security or networking services expressly agreed with the customer.
The exact scope of work will be based on the relevant product listing, quotation, service booking, or written confirmation.
2. Service Booking and Confirmation
Customers may request a service through the contact methods or booking options available on our website.
A service request may require confirmation of the customer’s location, equipment, installation requirements, and preferred appointment.
A booking will be treated as confirmed once MS Telecom communicates acceptance and any applicable booking requirements have been completed.
3. Service Availability and Coverage
Service availability depends on the customer’s location, technician availability, equipment requirements, and the nature of the work.
Before confirming a booking, we may assess whether the requested service can be provided at the specified location.
If a service cannot be provided as requested, we will communicate the available alternatives where possible.
4. Site Survey and Assessment
Certain installations may require a site survey or technical assessment before the final quotation is confirmed.
The assessment may cover camera placement, cable routes, network connectivity, power availability, storage requirements, mounting locations, and other installation considerations.
Any site-survey fee, installation charge, or additional material cost will be communicated to the customer before the relevant paid work is undertaken.
5. Service Charges and Payment
Service prices and any applicable taxes will be communicated through the website, quotation, or booking confirmation.
Additional work, extra cabling, mounting equipment, replacement parts, or changes requested by the customer may involve additional charges.
Additional charges must be explained and agreed upon before the additional work is undertaken, except where otherwise permitted by law.
Payment terms will be those displayed at checkout or agreed in the service quotation.
6. Appointment Scheduling
Service appointments will be scheduled based on mutual availability.
Customers should ensure that the site is accessible and that an authorised person is available during the agreed appointment.
If an appointment must be rescheduled due to weather, technician unavailability, equipment shortages, or other unexpected circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and arrange an alternative time.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Before installation or service, customers should:
- Provide accurate site and contact information.
- Ensure access to the installation location.
- Obtain necessary permissions from the property owner, landlord, housing society, or other relevant authority.
- Provide suitable power and network access where required.
- Inform our team about existing wiring, network equipment, or site restrictions.
- Ensure that camera placement and monitoring arrangements comply with applicable privacy laws.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work should be discussed with MS Telecom before implementation.
8. Completion and Handover
Upon completion, our team may test the installed equipment, verify connectivity, demonstrate basic operation, and communicate any relevant setup information.
The customer should report any immediately apparent installation issue during handover or as soon as reasonably possible.
Service completion does not replace any applicable manufacturer warranty or statutory consumer rights.
9. Repairs and Maintenance
Repair and maintenance requests are subject to inspection, fault diagnosis, spare-part availability, and service coverage.
Where appropriate, we will communicate the estimated cost and expected completion time after assessment.
Repair work, replacement parts, and maintenance visits may have separate charges unless covered by a confirmed warranty, AMC, or other written agreement.
10. Warranty and Service Limitations
Manufacturer warranty coverage is governed by the relevant manufacturer’s terms.
Any installation warranty or service guarantee provided by MS Telecom will be communicated separately and will apply according to its stated conditions.
Service outcomes may depend on existing infrastructure, internet connectivity, power supply, third-party equipment, and other conditions outside our control.
11. Cancellation and Refunds for Services
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a service should contact MS Telecom as early as possible.
Refund eligibility for cancelled services, completed site visits, work already performed, or materials procured for a project will be assessed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms communicated before booking, subject to applicable law.
